Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

Bribery Act 2010

Taylin Studio Ltd is committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity and to the highest ethical standards. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of bribery and corruption.

In accordance with the Bribery Act 2010, Taylin Studio Ltd prohibits the offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting of any financial or other advantage intended to improperly influence a business decision or public function. This commitment applies to all employees, directors, contractors, and supply chain partners acting on our behalf, in all jurisdictions in which we operate.

Both parties to any agreement with Taylin Studio Ltd are expected to comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation. Any supplier, partner, or customer found to be in breach of these obligations may have their relationship with us terminated.

Modern Slavery Policy

Modern Slavery Act 2015

Taylin Studio Ltd takes a strong stand against all forms of modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and exploitation. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity throughout our business and supply chain.

In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we take steps to understand and mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our operations and those of our suppliers. We expect all organisations in our supply chain to uphold the same standards.

Our annual Modern Slavery Statement, setting out the steps taken each financial year to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chains, is published at www.taylindigital.com/policies. The statement is reviewed and approved by the board each year.
